Dell GX280, desktop PC

For some reason, my computer suddenly won’t load through to windows. I was putting it on standby but pressed the main power button by accident (while it was going on stand by). Now when I try to start it, it goes to a black screen with the “start windows normally” option and “load from last safe mode” or something like that (doing this from memory so is probably inaccurate).

I really need this PC working again, hopefully without losing any saved documents. All help much appreciated. Thanks
